Day 3 - Bali Bali
We arrived in Bali yesterday morning. My bag arrived last night.
It has been two great days here so far. The weather reports said thunderstorms, but the sun has been shining practically since we arrived. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. We have checked out Kuta beach and the Kuta area, and we have liked it a lot. We are heading out to have our first dip in the ocean after I have finished this entry.
We have booked ferry tickets that will take us to the smaller Gili islands tomorrow morning and we are looking forward to snorkling and becoming brown.

Just happened to sit next to a fifth grade teacher at a meeting yesterday. He said that Indonesia was his favorite place. He loved the people.

Amanda's going ice skating tonight, so that tells you
about our weather. One of my second graders family is from
Korea. Her face lit up when I told her that my niece use to
live there!
